Each staff member is equipped with state-of-the-art technology equal to the nation’s largest A&E firms. Continual training and education is provided through outside vendors. We also offer in-house programs, which keep employees up-to-date on the ever-changing architectural tools, codes, skills and trends.
COMPANY EVENTS Our work culture is important to each and every employee. Hoefer Wysocki prides itself on having a great team environment where the term “work hard, play hard” is a way of life. We love to celebrate our employees’ dedication on and off the clock through First Fridays, monthly birthdays, our annual holiday party and summer picnic, and our active volleyball, softball and kickball league. We are truly a family here at Hoefer Wysocki.
GIVING BACK A very important piece of our work culture is to give back to our community. We support a variety of events and organizations, both charitable and professional. We strongly believe there are many ways to lend our time and talent to help those in need, and we assist in the continued development of making our community a better place to work and live. In the last year we have supported Harvesters, United Way, Habitat for Humanity, Community Blood Center, Christmas in October, Spofford Home, and more.
