Interconnected Southwest Care As the U.S. Army’s largest free-standing outpatient clinic, serving 45,000 beneficiaries, the design needed to provide an efficient pattern and clear connections between all departments. The outcome led to extreme simple wayfinding, ample daylighting and relaxing views of the Franklin mountains.  The two-story facility is functionally organized into two wings joined by a central atrium and offers the following: 88 exam rooms; 44 provider offices; 5 pharmacy windows for extensive primary care; ancillary and rehabilitative services.
