The new Justice Center will stand prominently on the site highly visible from I-25 and will be situated to capture the views of the mountains to the west. The building’s exterior design will reflect the regional vernacular. Solar panels, and battery backup are being studied to provide 100% of the power for the facility. Ample windows and clerestory windows will provide lots of natural light.
A Justice Center with a View In the fall of 2015, Hoefer Wysocki was selected by the City of Northglenn, Colo. to design a new Justice Center, which will include a new police department and municipal courthouse. The new 57,800 square foot facility will replace an outdated police station as well as a current multipurpose room being used to house city council chambers as well as the municipal courtroom.
