We’re excited to announce that Hoefer Wysocki Architecture has been awarded the Park Central Office Building in North Dallas, Texas.

The project scope will feature 13,000 square feet of interior renovation to rejuvenate the 700,000-square-foot facility. This will include redesign of the main building entry points, canopies, main lobby and atrium. The project also features concept development for introducing new building amenities, such as a coffee and wine bar and other key lounge and communal spaces to add to the value and experience of the building for all tenants and guests.

Hoefer Wysocki is Awarded Multiple Medical Facilities at Lackland Air Force Base

The JE Dunn + Hoefer Wysocki Integrated Design-Build Team has been awarded a series of seven separate medical projects at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.

These new projects will aid in Lackland’s transition into their new state-of-the-art medical clinic and reflect the mission of the 59th Medical Wing, which is to optimize readiness and patient-centered care through collaborative health delivery, education, training, and research.

The old building is scheduled to be demolished next month, so all the projects are on an integrated design and construction process to fast-track their completion. Six of the seven projects will be completed by December 2016 with the final to be completed by December 2017.

Hoefer Wysocki is Awarded Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic in San Jose, California

Hoefer Wysocki Architecture is excited to announce that we have been awarded the Veterans Affairs (VA) Outpatient Clinic in San Jose, California. Our proposed design concept is a fusion of existing site contexts, local climate, and the surrounding landscape, blending together a healing oasis connecting patients, staff, and the community.  This inspiring atmosphere helped play a significant role shaping the form and orientation of this 92,000-square-foot building with exterior wood veneer composite panels and transparent glazing. Taking full advantage of the unique site, views of Mount Hamilton and the Santa Cruz Mountains are available from the east and west from all three floors. This clinic will be designed for LEED Silver Certification. The facility is expected to break ground summer of 2016. The project is a developer-led, lease back with developer, US Federal Properties, and general contractor, Jacobsen Construction.
