HWA Participates in Kansas City’s Chalk and Walk Festival

Erin Pias, HWA designer and member of Women in Design Kansas City, participated in the Chalk and Walk Festival, June 19 and 20 at Crown Center Square.

HWA Recognized as One of the Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies in Kansas City

We are pleased to announce that Hoefer Wysocki Architecture was recognized in Ingram’s 2009 corporate report as a top fastest growing company in the Kansas City metro area.

All recognized businesses in the Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies list will be featured in Ingram’s July edition. The Corporate Report 100 is celebrating its 24th year of recognizing the 100 fastest-growing businesses in the area. This is HWA’s seventh appearance in the Corporate Report 100.

Kansas City Metro Patrol Station is Under Construction

Construction on the Kansas City Metro Patrol Station, in Kansas City, Missouri, has officially started. HWA and Titan Construction Organization have teamed together on this 28,000 SF project that consists of community rooms, meeting rooms, conference rooms, areas for holding and detention, detainees, evidence storage and a vehicle sallyport. Office spaces include administration, detectives, records, investigations, field operations, tactical response unit and sworn officers. The HWA design team is working towards attaining a Silver LEED Rating for this project. It is estimated to be completed in the Spring of 2010.
